☆ terms of use/service ☆

payments:- payment through paypal (usd), pix (brl) and deviantart (dA points), payment plans available only for $100+ options;- payment comes after approved wip, unless it's a sketch (paid before started);- changes are free during sketch and color phases. complex changes during lineart and final phases get a $5 - $10 fee;- alternative art/design versions that requires complex changes get a $5 - $10 fee.

refunds:- when i start the commission, refunds are not available anymore. you won't get refunds and will get the product you paid for;- refunds are valid when i, for any reasons, can't start or continue the commission;- no refunds if you're not satisfied with the result. the maximum i can do is small changes. think before commissioning.

worktime:- commissions usually take 1 day - 1 month to be finished, turnaround time may vary a lot;- art/designs can be delivered via e-mail, discord or toyhouse (always virtual products).

permissions:- if the client wants commercial use permission for artworks/designs, there will be a $50% fee;- the client may use their purchased artworks/designs on animations, videos, books and personal items, as long as credits are given;- the client may use/post their purchased artworks/designs on social media, as long as credits are given (never allowed if you don't own the product);- the client may change the artwork itself/design as they want, as long as credits are given and the product is still recognizable;- the client may get nsfw content works for my designs, unless it includes something from my dni;- designs must be sold for the purchase price, unless extra art is added;- the client can't sell/trade designs i gave for free, unless extra art is added;- the client may co-own designs, but make sure to avoid drama and conflicts;- the client may not use old and new designs/alternative designs from the same character as 2+ different characters;- don't involve my work with crypto/nft/ai.

personal:- i won't do any nsfw artwork/design for minors;- i have the right to upload my artworks/designs on any social platform and/or include it on my work examples;- i have the right to block/report a person if caught commiting term infrigement and/or if they're from my dni.
