terms
☁️ general terms:- my work MUST be credited every time it is showcased- my work MAY be edited slightly if kept recognizable and with watermark- my work may NOT be stolen, copied, traced or used in any blockchain related technology or inventions in the space (ai, crypto, nft, etc.)- my work may NOT be used to promote any kind of political propaganda, prejudice or illegal paraphilias
☁️ payments:- all payment details must be agreed on with me before product delivery- must be made after my request through paypal (usd) or pix (brl), upfront or planned- plans are available for $100+ payments- if not received withing 24 hours and client offers no response, the payment is canceled
☁️ fees:- client may request rush fees (value depends on request and deadline) if they want a quick product delivery- client may request privacy fees (+50% of total price) if they do not want me to share the product publicly- client may request commercial use fees (+100% of total price) for profit purposes (merchandise, prints, stickers, etc.)
☁️ commission process:- wips are sent during sketch, line, color and final stages and when edits are requested- edits are free of extra charge during sketch and color stages, and might get an extra charge during line, final and animation stages- i may decline or cancel a commission for any reasons (refunds available if applicable)
☁️ character permissions:- designs purchased/traded can only be sold/traded for the same price unless extra art is added- designs obtained for free may NOT be sold/traded unless extra art is added- co-owned designs/multiple design versions may NOT be sold/traded/gifted as different designs
☁️ refunds:- 100% available if i cannot start the request or if you cancel the commission before i start it- 75% available if you cancel the commission after sketch- 50% available if you cancel the commission after lineart- 25% available if you cancel the commission after color- unavailable after final/animation stage or product delivery- if you do not pay or force a refund, you will automatically be blacklisted and will not receive the product (which will be resold)
☁️ blacklist:- any failure to comply with the terms may result in blacklist- blacklisted customers cannot buy any products made by me or interact with me- if you think there is a misunderstanding that led you to the blacklist, please contact me
