before any purchases, you must read and agree to the conditions:

permissions:• you must credit my work every time it is being showcased• you may edit my work slightly if it is kept recognizable and watermarked (if unsure, please contact me)• you cannot steal, copy, trace or use my work as a base or use it in any blockchain related technology or inventions in the space (ai, crypto, nft, etc.)• you cannot use my work to promote any kind of political propaganda, prejudice or non-con/illegal paraphiliasartwork & design:• i may decline or cancel a commission/design sale for any reasons (refunds available if applicable)• turnaround time may vary from 1 day - 1 month or more, depending on the request, my queue and external reasons• wips will be sent during sketch, line, color and finalization stages and after any requested edits• all edits are free of extra charge during sketch stage• major edits get an extra charge during line, color, finalization and animation stages, and cannot be requested after the commission/design is delivered to you• artwork received in art trades hold the same value as my commissions• artwork obtained for free has no value and does not add to the character’s worth• designs purchased/traded can only be sold/traded for the same price unless extra art is added• designs received via trade are worth the same amount as the worth of the art/character you traded away, and can be sold as such• designs obtained for free cannot be sold/traded unless extra art is added• co-owned designs/multiple design versions cannot be sold/traded/gifted away as different designs• if you upload a design to toyhouse, please credit me there using my carrd link and keep the character unhidden from mefees:• you may request a rush fee (value depends on the request and deadline) if you want guaranteed delivery of your commission/design within a specific timeframe• you may request a privacy fee (+50% of total price) if you do not want me to share your commission/design publicly in any ways• you may request a commercial use fee (+100% of total price) for profit purposes permissions (merchandise, prints, stickers, etc.) for your commission/designpayments:• the available payment methods are paypal (usd) and pix (brl)

• if you do not offer response after the payment hold, the payment is automatically cancelled• if you back out a payment hold, your downpayment will not be refunded, however extensions can be discussed• by requesting, you accept that you are paying for a digital product/service without any physical itemrefunds:

• you cannot use the commission/design if you ask for and get a refund• chargebacks/forced refunds result in immediate blacklist + block, as well as your commission/design being resoldblacklist:• any failure to comply with my terms may result in a blacklist + block• if any terms are violed during commission/design sale proccess, the request is automatically cancelled without any refund rights• blacklisted customers cannot buy any commissions/designs from me, directly or indirectly, or interact with me
