i may decline or cancel any purchases for any reasons, and in this situation, i offer refund options

commission turnaround time usually varies 1 day - 1 month depending on the request, my queue and external reasons

i keep a public queue, which is constantly updated, so that you can check my progress on commissions

commission wips are sent during sketch, lineart, coloring and finalization stages, and after any requested edits

any edit is free of extra charge during sketch stage, while heavy edits get an extra charge during lineart, coloring, finalization and animation stages, and cannot be requested after product delivery

after you get the first commission wip, i'll only continue the process when the full payment is received

you may request a rush fee (if you want your commission to be completed with a quick specific deadline), a privacy fee (if you do not want me to share your commission publicly/for self-promo in any ways) or a commercial use fee (if you wish to get commercial rights for an artwork)

commissions are delivered via e-mail, discord or toyhouse

you must always credit my work everytime it's used, shared or reposted

you may claim rights to the original character belonging to you, but not the art itself

you must keep my designs on toyhouse visible for me, so i can keep track of them

you may edit my art, designs or bases however desired, if you have purchased the artwork

you cannot use my artwork commercially without my knowledge or consent

you cannot use my work to promote any kind of political propaganda, prejudice or illegal paraphilias

you cannot steal, copy, trace or use my work as a base, or in any blockchain related technology or inventions in the space (ai, crypto, nft, etc.)

designs purchased/traded can only be sold/traded for the same price, unless extra art is added

designs obtained for free cannot be sold/traded, unless extra art is added

co-owned designs/multiple design versions cannot be sold/traded/gifted away as different designs, under any circumstances

worths ↓

art received in art trades holds the same worth as my commissions

art obtained for free has no monetary value and does not add to any character’s worth

when you trade a character for another character, the original character's worth remains the same, and it can only be increased with extra art

i only take payments through paypal (usd) and pix (brl)

all payments must be made within 24 hours after my request, unless a hold is discussed

failure to pay after the waiting period leads to the automatic cancellation of any purchases

refunds ↓

refunds are exclusive for commissions, which means you can't get a refund for adoptable sales, base purchases or any other services

100% available if it's requested before commission start

75% available if it's requested after commission sketch

50% available if it's requested after commission lineart

unavailable if it's requested after commission coloring, animation or finalization

requesting and receiving a refund leads to the cancellation of the commission and a prohibition on its use

chargebacks/forced refunds results in immediate permanent blacklist, as well as the prohibition on the use of the commission
